Sherry joined Palms Insurance in 2024 and is responsible for oversight of the affiliate and non-affiliate claims, as well as supervision of the Palms claims department and staff adjusters. She works closely with underwriting, actuarial, finance, compliance, and legal to ensure the Palms claims department is best in class and to drive continued growth in claims handling.

Prior to joining Palms, Sherry served as Senior Vice President of Head of Specialty Claims at Ascot Group. At Ascot, Sherry led the claims department, handling complex claims across various lines of business, including professional liability, property, casualty, environmental, marine, and personal injury litigation.

Sherry earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and brings over 30 years of insurance, reinsurance, and claims leadership experience to Palms.
